Things seem to be going well, it is just that the scales seem to be stuck, whats up with that?  ever since I began eating mushy food they have not budged at all, and of course that is discouraging to say the least, but I am not giving up.  I am finding it hard to drink all the liquid needed, this could be the problem, I have to go back this week for my Dr. to check this rash that I have around my incesions....Zyrtec is my best friend right now.

I am eagerly awaiting for when I can eat ruffage (salads).  I am craving leafy greens and something crunchy, and yes I am ready for soft foods as well.  I have taken things very slowly and will continue to do so,  as I do not want to push the eating too much too fast button, so far I have not gotten sick or nauseated and this I am proud of!! this is the last thing that I want to happen.

My family will be glad when I can eat more than pureed food, they are tired of boiled food.  I am thinking that I will prepare them something special tomorrow, while I stick with my chicken.  I think I will make parm chicken (a light version)  such boiled chicken, then diced into the magic bullet with some spaghetti sauce, this should be good, I'll give it a try and if it is worth mentioning again I will share.  However for some reason boiled chicken and ranch dressing is not good, well at least to me.  wonder why the fried chicken tenders and ranch taste better than the boiled.

Oh well, enough for tonight....hope everyone who has had or will have surgery is and will be doing wel.l
