Update for Oct

Hello OH family,  I am on here everyday but have not posted in a while.  I still know whats going on.  I am doing good with my weight.  I am down to 206 trying to get in onederland.  I know I will.  Overall I am doing fine.  I still miss my dad , but it is getting better.  I will be 38 in a couple of weeks on 10/22.  My niece gave me a early bday party on saturday at longhorn steakhouse it was great.  I want to thank all of you for keeping me in your prayers.  May god bless and keep each of you.
