Rhia...I was thrilled to see that you've returned to the land of computers! I'm glad that the antibiotics took care of the pneumonia and you took care of the rest. Be sure to take it easy for quite a while, though...pneumonia is sneaky and it can come back. Congratulations on your weight loss and making it through with your wits and humor about you...I take the plunge in a week at Good Sam...I'll be sure to walk...! Cheers!

I was planning to wait and thank each of you who signed my surgery page, visited me in the hospital, called me on the phone, or offered advice when I posted questions about my many complications. But as I continue to have a rough recovery and it might be some time till I'm completely healed, I thought I would do it this way. And if I miss anyone, I'm truly very sorry. I tried to save each and every E-mail or post so I wouldn't miss anyone. Those who posted on the message board, I don't know about you because I haven't been on there except to post in a couple of weeks now. That said, here goes:

Debby Rose, my #1 Angel, thank you for your gifts, for visiting me in the hospital with your post-op beauty inspiring not only me but everyone in the room who witnessed my mouth hanging open when I didn't recognize you! You are truly inspirational.

Julie Winlund, my #2 Angel, thank you for keeping people not on AMOS informed. You didn't drop the ball, I did for not getting better on schedule. :-) You're a great friend and mentor.

Liliana Stapper, my very best friend in the world, for listening and for sharing. You are my heart. (BTW, thanks for the toe ring!)

Special thanks to Gerald Ray, for your concerned phone calls and supportive E-mail.

Special thanks to Rhonda Nicholas for her encouraging phone call while I was in the hospital.
And I was overwhelmed by the people who made me feel loved by writing me notes of support and/or advice, before and/or after surgery (these are not in order):
<ALIGN=CENTER>
Jane S.,

Lorraine Kruk,

Debbie Underwood,

Jane Travel,

Sherry Foushee,

Deborah Clay,

Susan Bickley,

Kelly Rod,

Kricket,

Lee Anne Krause,

Karen B,

Katherine Murphy,

Linda Smallwood,

Michelle Winner,

Cindy G.,

Sally Simatos,

Gail Hatfield,

Charlene Leslie,

Alice Werlick,

Janet St. Louis,

Cynthia McMillen,

Laura Laszio,

Max Sprague,

Ronda Watson,

Jackie Hutchison,

Janie Davis,

Nancy Wilson,

Lora B.,

Debbie Ann,

Karen Lichty,

Marilyn LaM,

Vickie Linke,

Lori Ann Koestler,

Tina Parker,

Becca Kauffman,

Linda Maillard,

Debra Murray,

Ron Eazell,

Kathleen Jones,

Angela Carrington,

Paula Bazan,

Kyla Myers,

Sharon LeBeau II,

Vicky K,

Karen Byers,

J Sample

Native Girl

Victoria Claar,

Toinette Broxton.

Thanks to each one of you who took the time to include me in your thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely, Rhia

Rhia...good girl! Pneumonia is nothing to sneeze at. It takes a long time to recover from it so be very gentle with yourself. I hope you'll be feeling better, real soon now! ~

Rhia, Personally I would contact your doctor or go to the er. Not being able to breath is not a good sign. Please call them
