I wish that my surgery was closer each day, seems like more, things just keep happening to me.  I was told last Friday, that I have to start taking insulin, start Friday March 27th after a class on how to do it.  I was taken to the hospital last night with chest pain, shortness of breath. Now I am on oxygen 24/7 and must stay on it. When it all of this change.?

There are times that I feel like giving up on this hole thing of getting surgery.  Seems like the state will not pay for unless I am about dead or something.  They just keep wanting, my life is out of control.....live is running me, not me running it.  How do I change this?  Need Help. from my friends, how do I make it past this feeling?

I was feeling really good about things and my surgery, now I am feeling down because now my surgery will not be until sometime in October, or even later, because of my insurance needs so many things done, that I just somtimes feel that it's not going to be worth the wait anymore.

I went to my regular Nurse Pract yesterday, and I have lost 8 pounds, Gone from 410 to 298 1/2  I really fee good about this, because I am six months out from having the gastric sleeve done.

I met Dr. Akkary at WVU weight lose systems at the POC (Phycians office center) in Morgantown on the 8th and really enjoyed talking with him, He is a very caring doctor and one that is totally up front about things.  He strongly recommended me having the gastric sleeve done, and after seeing his reports, and links that he send me via email, I am 100% agreeing with him.

I just got cleared for my surgery from my Heart Doctor, Dr. Vorha of WVU he is a great guy, if you are looking for a great Heart doctor I strongly recommend him.

I went to my regular doctor today, and in the middle of the month I went up to 405 pounds, I started my paper work for the 1st month of my surgery that is needed by the state to show my diet informaiton and food that I am eating. I was at 3952. in the middle I was 405.1, and today I was at 399.9 so I did lose the 4.1 pounds atleast, but not according to my 1st so NO weight lost for the month.

I went to the WVU Seminar about 6 weeks ago and I have called a few times, to see about my testing and other test, no one will even call me back, can someone please tell me a place that I can go to, that I am important to the center not just another person they are trying to get approved for this surgery.
