I know it has been a long while since I have been here, HOWEVER, I am alive and HEALTHY! I do feel like a million and I am so in LOVE with my DS. I reached my goal of 165lbs YAY!!!! So total lost, 336llb-165lbs 171lbs gone forever!!! WELL almost minus 10lb bounce up and down, sometimes 12lbs, lol.. 

Yup I am 3 years out and have changed my life. I dont have the terrible diabetes, or ANY of the problems I did at 336lbs. I thank god every day for my life. I can live with battling 10-12 lbs, but that is my limit.
