"I love this doctor and his staff. They are so sweet and really concerned about their patients and the health of his patients. They are very personable and caring. They quickly learn you face and name, and they go above and beyond to make the approval process, and the surgery as painless as possible. They walked me through the entire process, even at pre-op, Kathy came to check on me every step of the way to ensure that I was not lost during the visit. Bobbie, another one of his staff members even went so far as to book my room at the hospital guest suites, since I was coming from out of town. And, another thing I like was that several of his staff members have actually had the gastric bypass surgery (which he performed). Therefore, they are speaking to you from experience, not from what they have heard about the surgery. So, there is a wealth of knowledge in that office."
