The Scales Moved South a bit

Good week for me.... This morning the scale is down to 211.4 I am so thrilled... I guess it's just patience and being consistent with all of the good habits. I got a small fill yesterday and I think I just may have hit my "sweet spot" ...we'll see. It just feels so good to see those scales moving south again..to me that's the best motivation to keep on track. I'be been very good about getting the water and eating well I just need to step up on my excercise a bit.

This morning I got up and weighed myself and the scales did go down a few ounces but I really wasnt expecting a big change just yet. I have been eating fairly well and have cut out all of the grazing well most of it anyway. I only to 2 french fries from my kid's plate last night. I just want the scales to start moving to the left again....I did work out last night about 30 minutes of cardio and some ab work, I didnt do very much I started feeling shaky I guess from me being under the weather with the sinus infection all week.. I"m not sure if anyone reads these but I'm posting to help keep myself accountable. I will do my best to make good food choices today and everyday and to excercise and drink tons of water. Got to accomplish what I set out to do.

Hello, well today had been good I've really took a good look at myself and what I've been eating and I have decided that I can do this I don't want to settle at this weight I want to get to ONDERLAND and I can do it... No excuses this is about what I want and what I need to do to get there. No one said it was going to be easy and my road is tough right now but I'm regrouping and determined get some more weight off. I guess at this point today I weigh 215lb YUCKK>>>>> I'm 5'10 and my ideal weight would be 160lbs well I think ultimately I would be so thrilled at 180lbs but I have to do this one day at a time so I'm looking at 199 for my first goal that's 16lbs and I would like to be there by August 1st. I think that should be reasonable. I go for another fill next week and I've been watching my intake and getting my water I do need to get back on track with my excercising as well. I love reading other member's posts it really helps me and gets me motiviated so I will make a point to blog. I have to be accountable for my actions!!!!!!!
