She's a wife, a mom and a very caring person. rnrnKaiser Fremont is an extremely busy office. The are short staffed and over whelmed. The wait times can be frustrating. Getting an actual person on the phone can be frustrating. I have also felt at times the front desk staff was slightly unproffesional.rnrnOverall, I would give Dr. Chu a 10 out of 10. I loved having her as my surgeon. "
