Everyone in the office is caring, and great! I felt as though they were all family and not co-workers. The procedure and aftercare were explained so well by the staff of St. Vincent and Dr. Ehrlich's staff. I recommend him to all of my friends struggling with their weight. He is a fabulous doctor in my book! Thanks to all the staff and of course Dr. Ehrlich!

I could not be more pleased with my surgeon, Dr. Timothy Elrlich. Since the first 'info meeting' I attended, he was very personable (easy to talk to), knowledgeable, open and honest, which was important to me. He didn't shy away from any questions, either then or since. He and his entire awesome staff have been wonderful to work with; everything is always explained thoroughly, with time allowed for questions. Dr. Elrlich's Patient Advocate, Kevin Bessette, is a huge asset to the team; he is a joy to work with, is always positive, returns phone calls quickly, and is truly a patient advocate. I am very glad that I chose Dr. Elrlich to be my surgeon; he did a wonderful job and I am healing beautifully and feeling fantastic. rnrnMy only negative comment is the Admissions Office at St. Vincent's Hospital in Bridgeport. While St. Vincent's did seem to be an excellent hospital, and I did receive excellent care and attention, the Admissions Office seems to be completely unorganized. I was so frustrated, I called Kevin, my Patient Advocate, who finally took care of the matter. Hopefully they will become better organized.

Dr. Ehrlich right from the beginning was so supportive. He really wants to help people get on with their lives in a healthy was. His staff was very responsive to all questions, none was too small or trivial. I felt well informed about the surgery and after my surgery he met with my daughter to let her know I was ok. Dr. Ehrlich and his assoicates have a group that meets once a month for after the surgery.rnrnOverall, Dr. Ehrlich is an excellent doctor who really encourages his patients on their weight loss. As far as surgical competence or bedside manner, I feel both are very important, you can't feel good about your surgery if you can't communicate with your doctor.rnrnThank you Dr. Ehrlich.

I first met Dr. Ehrlich at an information seminar at St. Vincents Hospital. My first impression of Dr. Ehrlich was a great one. He was very down to earth with me, and told me things point blank. His office staff was very helpful through the pre-op surgery process and always called me back with answers to my questions. I would definetley rate him great and would always give a great word for him. Thank You Very much for changing my life forever.

I love Dr. Ehrlich. He is the most sensitive, caring doctor you will ever meet. He understands the triumphs and tribulations that are associated with weight loss and life. His office staff is second to none. I would and have recommended to everyone I know that needs help in the weight loss battle.

I did PR for the hospital that Dr. Ehrlich originally started at and know his reputation from day one. He, along with the Drs. Floch (Craig & Neil are brothers), have taken a nothing bariatric program and built it into an impressive and well-reputed program with offices in two major hospitals in Fairfield County.rnThe program is very well organized and the PAs have also been great. Although my experience with the hospital was not the best, I cannot say enough good things about the program itself.rnDr. Ehrlich himself is personable, has an excellent bedside manner, and posesses that calm, re-assuring aura that many physicians today lack. All that AND he's a REALLY nice guy!

I first met Dr.Ehrlich at a seminar at St.Vincent's hospital on February 13th, 2007. He was upbeat and very personable. He was easy to talk to and seemed interested in each person as an individual, not just a room full of fat people. rnrnI met with him about a month later to find out that I had absolutly no benefits and would be a self pay patient. Once he informed me of this we booked a surgery date and off the journey began. rnrnI was banded on April10th, 2007. The doctor and office staff have been amazing. I can call them with the most obsured questions and they are there to answer them all. Before the surgey happened they fully educated me on the risks, but not too much on the after care. When the aftercare time came, they were wonderful in giving me information as well as answering all my questions. rnrnIf I had to rate my surgeon and his staff, I would give them a 9. Rating 1-10...10 being the best.

I was extremely please with Dr. Ehrlich and I believe he was extremely proffeional and quite easy to speak with. My impression has not changed. His staff was very kind and considerate as well. There was nothing I didliked I am completely pleased. He is very supportive and stands behind follow ups and support groups very much. Yes. They were very upfront about the risks and I had different surgeries before and none ever cointinually made me aware of the risk as they did with this surgery. I would certainly reccomend Dr. Ehrlich and his staff and in fact have done so already. Both are highly rated.

I met Dr. Ehrlich at a seminar. He was very down to earth and accommodating to all the people that came to see him. He explained everything in very clear terms that left you with a clear understanding of the proceedures and pros and cons between gastric bypass and lap band surgery. After I had my initial appointment with the doctor, I never regreted driving 90 minutes to have him do the surgery. His office staff, physician assistant and his assistants that work to get everything through the insurance company are a very hard working, friendly staff that obviously enjoy what they are doing and work to the best of their abilities to make this process as easy as they can on the patient.rnrnFollow-up after the surgery are just as important as the pre-surgery work. The doctor and his office were more than willing to respond to my emails in a timely manner, took my phone calls and answered my questions right away. I would love to see Dr. Ehrlich expand his practice more to my area so everyone could benefit from his expereince, but it is worth the drive to have him as the surgeon. He encouraged me to take whatever steps that I needed to take such as support groups, nutritionist and recommended a great protein drink so I didn't need to spend a ton of money trying all the different protein drinks on the market.rnrnOne of the things that my husband and family found helpful was the website that showed a video of the surgery and took you through the whole process from start to finish and even had a Q&A session at the end. This way they could watch the video at their convenience on their own computers and see what it was I was going through.rnrnrnHe has the confidence that a surgeon needs to have and the bedside manner that puts even the most patients at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Ehrlich to anyone who is looking into having lapband surgery.
