When I first met the staff at the seminar I knew that day I was going to have wls surgery.rnDr Ehrilich and Keisha covered every queston I had . Dr.E had such a calmness to him and his staff answered all of my questions and f/u on every phone call ! I wish I could make him my primary care physician ! Dr. Ehrlich is extremely pleasant and understanding. His staff has been very helpful and willing to work out time constraints for appointments and surgery. He and his office place a great deal of emphasis on aftercare. I would rate him and his office as a 9+.

I absolutely love my surgeon and office staff they have been wonderfull in heping me to understand all the risks and benifits of having surgery. i reccomend Dr. Ehrlich to all my friends and anyone that i know that may be considering weight loss surgery.

When I went to see Dr. Ehrlich 4 yrs. Ago he was very caring. I knew that I made the right choice. His staf was fantastic. After my surgery they no longer took my insurance. Connecticare. I couldn't afford to go see him. We made arrangements for a smaller amount of payment. Going to see him after 1 year I cried all the way home from Norwalk to Brookfield. He sat there with his feet on the table and told me that I sould weigh less than I did. He said what do you want from me. You need to do your part. I feel I did not get the support from him. I will never be 120 pounds. I have lost over 100 pounds and work hard evey day at it. I feel that he let me down just because of the way he treated me. He was a number one surgeon.

Dr. Ehrlich is a great doctor. Loved Him and everybody in his office.

Dr. Ehrlich was my surgeon. When I attended the informational I was impressed with just his relaxed nature and his competence. The consult was very short. I did not have a love of questions. I did not feel that strong sense of automatic love that some patients have for their surgeons. Lol I do love him now. His office staff is extremely professional and always returns calls. There is a structured aftercare program. Dr. Ehrlich was the best surgeon for me I could not asked for or rec more from anywhere else.

First impressions rnProfessional but not stuffy.rnMy first impression did not change, office rnstaff seem to be top notch,rnLeast liked,,, so far just a couple major/minorrnproblems with contacting him and having himrnfollow through.rnSecond that I feel someone, either his staff. himself should have told me of possiblernintense pain in shoulder which could arisernafter surgery, as of today which has beenrn5 days I still have pain in shoulder and I amrntaking pain medicine to help with it.rnI have to say overall other then the night in rnemerency with this pain it so far has gonernwell.

my surgery date was 12-12-06 rnmy birthdate is 2-22-78rnrnthis doctor is \"the\" doctor to got to to have your surgery done. i've dealt with other doctors before but never have i dealt with one who was as kind and showed such a genuin concern for his patients. it's also very comforting to know that he can be reached at any time.rnrn his staff is also very supportive as well. i had a hard time with my insurance company, but those nurses stayed with me the whole time fighting with me to get approval. i have never seen office professionals work so hard and be so caring. rnrnas for information goes i feel like i have a degree in bariatric surgery! everyone takes part in giving information on nutrition, self care, risks and after care. they also constantly tell their patients to call anytime of the day or night with any and all questions and concerns. nothing is too minor. rnrni would defiately give him and his entire staff five stars if that was a maximum rating. if you go to this doctor you will not be dissapointed in the amount of care you are given. rnrni also want to note that while doctor Ehrlich works in both the norwalk and bridgeport office i went to the bridgeport office at st. vincents. i was also pleased with the professional nursing staff at the hospial as well.rn

Dr Ehrlich is an awsome doctor! when i had any questions or concerns he and his team were there to help. I would highly recommend him to anyone, actually i am going to a new patient seminar wtih a coworker/friend this week. If i did not believe in Dr. Ehrlich i would not recommed him to you or any of my friends. I am excited Dr Ehrilch is working in New London now also, it will be so much easier for myself and others in the area that are looking for a good doctor and dont want to travel so far.
