things could have been alot better

The have the spiritual care , too I am catholic and it was so nice to have confession, mass in the tv and comunion

This is a very good place to have this surgery.

This hospital was fantastic for the obese patient. Did not feel in any way ridiculed or descriminated as was very common in other hospitals. Had plenty of equipment for the severely obese (over 500 lbs) and the staff and caring and fantastic!

My only real complaint about the hospital is the lack of consistent pain meds. I was in a lot of pain and they didn't even give pain meds out until 10:30 in the morning, when I was wakened at 6 in the morning! The hospital itself was fine, however. Quick nurse response (you call the nurse on a phone he/she carries with him/her), timely meals, etc.

Overall, it was great. Awesome accomodations for patients.

This hospital is old but very clean. I was only disappointed in one thing and that was the visiting hours. 11:00 a.m. is the earliest a visitor can come in and since they discourage your significant other from staying overnight, the evening to morning hours can be lonely.

They left me in ICU because they had no bed in regular wing. They built me a big boy bed after three days, hung it in a door with me in a chair for hours with a torn rotator cuff with NO PAIN meds. I had to use hurt arm to lift myself up as my bed was out of order. Head would not lift. I asked for a shoulder doctor and so did my surgeon. I got one 8 days later.

This hospital is older and could use a paint job. Other than that it was cleaner than other hospitals that I have been in. The nursing staff was above reproach. They were quick to respond to any need that I had. I feel that I recieved excellant care at this hospital and would highly recommend it to anyone.
