it was very clean and the staff was great.

The ICU nurses, especially Jackie, were wonderful!

I feel for Wls patients floor 4 nurse's not all of them but the ones working in my room left alot to be desired.

Staff is excellent

The Bariatric floor was closed so some of the nurses that I had was not familier with bariatric patients and therfor didn't give me information towards my care that I should have been given.

for the most part everyone on staff was very helpful..there were other bariatric patients in the same area so it was nice to compare notes and offer each encouragement. Also they have 2 to 3 people on staff who have had the surgery and were very informative and helpful!

I had a wonderful experience with Holy Cross. The staff was great! They made sure that I was always comfortable.

I was able to get a private room, which made a difference as far as both visitors, and personal privacy. Also had private health care assistance during my visit, and that made a difference, too. The nurses at the hospital seemed attentive and caring.

This hospital is very old and unsanitary. The air condition was broken in my room and they had to use fans to cool us, which made me feel like I was catching a pnuemonia. The bathroom was gross, there were brown drips around the baseboards and the sink was unsanitary. The ceiling above my head had old blood stain marks on it. I was just glad that I did not get a staph infection. Some of the nurses were good, but the night ones were mean and had no sympathy. I can't wait to get the patient satisfaction survey to fill out.

The hospital needs to be updated. It is old and some of the showers are not equipped to handle the larger person,the beds need to be replaced they were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows suck so bring your own, but all in all everything was okay.
