Hospital of Saint Raphael (COE) Hospital

Though very noisy and lack of regular housekeeping was evident I feel the staff was in tune with obesity surgery and the patients. Most of the staff was attentive and capable given the number of patients and how busy it was the whole time I was there.

recovery room was crowded and horrible. staff was great. physical 5 verdi was terrible

I would highly recommend this hospital.

The hospital staff was caring and helpful to me. I would definitely recommend for others to use their facility.

Hospital rooms are too small and need some updating. Also rooms were very hot otherwise everything else was good.

I was there over a weekend, and it was short staffed. But it literally took over 3 hours to receive response to ANY request. Fortunately, I didn't have too much pain, but it got to the point where I had to disconnect my own IV, shuffle my sore self to the front desk and stand there staring at them until I finally got help. HOWEVER, I still highly recommend this surgeon. I only hope mine was an unusually bad experience.

I felt that I was treated extremely well at St. Raphael's. The biggest issue I had was the noise level. It was very difficult to get any rest.

St. Raphael's is a very busy hospital yet not too busy to give quality care before and after WLS.

The staff was wonderful, especially the nurses. The took great care of me and treated me like a human! Whenever I needed something they were there. My mom and cousin even commented that the cafeteria food was good!

I found the hospital to be fine They did take a little long to answer the call lights. But the floor was pretty full so I know the were busy.
