It was a good experience. I only had one nurse out of them all that could have done a little better, but I never said anything nor would I complain.

Not a perfect place, but very close. I attribute it to the influence of Dr. Blackstone and her staff. There is a whole floor for WLS and the care is wonderful.

I think this is one of the best hospitals in Phoenix. The care I received was top of the line.

I loved this hosp. everything there was clean and I felt safe. Also the nurses that I dealt with knew everything about Bariatrics. Unlike other hospitals that have no clue.

The day nurses were not as cool as the the night nurse, Christina and aide Jill that I had... they were the best!

The only issue I had with my stay was they do not allow you to get in bed from the hours of 6am to midnight. You must sit in a chair all day. I have a sever back problem so this was extremely difficult for me.

The nursing staff was wonderful; compassionate, warm, non-judgemental, and extremely responsive to any of my needs.

...one bad apple! Every single person who looked after me for my 3 day stay was fabulous...except one! One of the night nurses acted as though I was bothering her, wanted me to justify my pain on a scale of 1-10, and just plain ordered me around. I was very happy when her shift ended!
