The staff was amazing... One of the best I've seen... From pre-op all the way to the bariatric floor every was very kind and helpful. A++++

The night nurses were the best. The day nurses never helped or came by to see how I was doing. I sent a total of 3 days and never got a bath and/or help getting cleaned up. With an IV in one arm everything was difficult. The best thing is the massage during the second day, it was to die for. I rate that the best of all...

I really loved the nursing staff! I just wish I could have gotten more rest, but they were just doing their jobs and checking on my health! Everything was great!

The major problem I found was the hospital not having a room for patients after surgery. My husband had to wait over 3 hours to see me after surgery and then only because I insisted. This was due to me being in recovery since I had no room to go to.

Had problems with pain control....I had to rely on my Mom and friend ,instead of the staff, to help me get in and out of bed to walk and go to the bathroom.

I can't imagine having my surgery anywhere else. They will be opening a bariatric floor that will have only bariatric patients and bariatric nurses. It's a wonderful hospital.

From housekeeping to skilled nursing, the staff was highly trained and seemed to enjoy the latest technology and tools. The customer-service orientation is so above par as to make my stay more of a spa experience than a hospital stay.

The staff went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable and that my pain and comfort needs were met. I would recomend anyone to go to this hospital. The nurses even went as far to give me a back rub when my back went into spasm. They were appologentic when I got stuck in recovery for 8 hours even though there was nothing that could be done. Wonderful staff, incredible facility, and cheereful atmosphere.
