Sisters Hospital Hospital
The staff was awesome and treated me with kindness and care during my stay..I didnt feel like I was troubling them for anything I needed...They were always there to help me, and it didnt matter what shift it was they were are so nice and pleasant...I highly recommend this Hospital to anyone who is having the surgery, they dont make a big deal out of "OUR" size and treat us like we want to be treated...I was one of the lucky ones who was only in the hospital two days but I almost hated to leave there, since they were so accomidating...
Well after reading everyone elses hospital reviews I definily have to agree that the stay was not wonderful. Some of the nurses were not so nice, and I too had to wait a while for my pain meds. Also had to wait to use the bathroom, so I learned to get myself up and around as soon as possible. The beds also not compfortable, overall, Im glad to be home......
i had all 4 of my children at sisters and had my bypass surgery there as well.. i go there for tests and blood work always.. over other options, the only time i went to a different hospital was to have my tubes tied and that was because i was forced to this is a catholic hospital and they dont belive in having this done...
I thought the staff was very good at Sister's, and having a private room was a godsend. However, I don't think the staff was very responsive to pain med issues. You shouldn't have to wait three hours for a pain shot, nor should you need to constantly keep reminding them. In fact, I don't think a patient should NEED to ask for a shot; it should be offered at regular intervals. Heck, they are in there enough for vitals, etc.
