Wow!  That would be a real challenge to have a head baker living in the house.  Way too much temptation!

When my kids want tacos and pizza for supper I eat the tops off of pizza and tacos without the shells. That way I don't feel like I "can't" have the foods I love.

I do the same thing! I order a meat supreme type pizza from a local pizza place, and usually 2 pieces of the toppings and I'm full... Of course, I have not learned qhat quality pizza versus cheap pizza is... with a cheap (Dominoes, Cici's) pizza, I'm not really that satisfied with only two slices of toppings because they are CHEAP with their toppings! A good pizza place uses so much better cheese and toppings!

That's me too. I love to bake so I make treats for church functions and for the senior meals here in town every week. I just can't keep them in my house though.

I usually hang out on the lightweights board. But I lurk around here some, too. :)

It tastes absolutely amazing as a shake, and makes really great protein waffles. I miss them! (My serving is 2 squares, a full waffle iron makes 4 smaller squares) My serving of 2 squares has 44 calories, 1 gram fat, 4 grams carb, 1 gram fiber, 6 grams protein. I eat them plain or make them into a breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon.

I got the protein from the local Vitamin Shoppe, but you can get it from Amazon, too. I just looked it up and it's a little cheaper on Amazon.

Here's a link to the recipe, I posted it in the recipe forum.
