Is the need to eat less when the weather is warmer?
I have a history of this all my life. It was not unheard of for me to lose 20+ lbs every summer, because I HATE to eat when I'm hot. Of course once Sep/Oct roles around the weight just packs back on. I don't find it any different now, except I have to eat in order to get my protein in. So I set my watch to go off and remind me.

Oh it's not just me. First bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Cup**** the shelf I'd buy it and it'd be gone in a day. . .

I figure my first summer is going to be a challenge because of the thirty min wait before and one hour wait after eating. Not sure if I can go that long without fluids so I just brought six pounds if my protein powder and figure during the hot days this is going to have to be my meal, but the tub of it was much cheaper in the long run. I had issues last weekend when I was hot and not wanting to eat so now I am prepared for everything coming up.
I was just thinking that as I drove to the store in 94 degree heat to buy half and half. It was an interesting thought that I have almost no urge to eat and all I really want today is more crystal light and tea.
I have a feeling I'm going to be doing more protein shakes to make sure I'm getting what I need.

Totally normal. That's why you see "light" foods in the magazines in the summer and the heavy stuff in the winter.
