Officially not overweight.

Saw my doctor and he did the inbody scan again at 6 months post surgery.  I am officially of ''normal'' weight.  I came in at 16% body fat.  According to my doctor I have lost 100% of my excess weight.  I personally want to lose another 8 pounds for my own ocd personality.  I figure that will put me 10 pounds under 200, so forever and all time, I can use 200 as a hard stop to be avoided.  If I ever see the scale creeping up towards the 2's it will be back to wls square one eating.

I'm feeling on top of the world.

Attached is a recent pic from last week.  I look like just an average guy...ain't it cool to be average?

Great job! I'm just 4.0 pounds away from my 100% excess body weight loss. I'm so close and have never been more motivated to do this. It's great to see someone else actually has a 100% success! I cannot wait to be "normal".
