Music doesn't motivate me. It makes me want to sit down and enjoy listening to it. My workouts are done mostly at the gym. What gets me going when I am doing my cardio is watching the news or talk shows. I am a big fan of CNN.My top favorite talk shows are: Kelly & Regis, The View, Bonny Hunt, and the Doctors. Watching these shows as I workout makes the time fly. At home I use my big ball and sit on it and do balance and squat type exercises as I watch my shows.
