I'm not entirely sure about this week, I might have to skip some things in order to get all the school work done that's due this week and next.  But here's what I hope to do.

Monday - yoga at home
Tuesday - running, stretching, lifting
Wednesday - pilates class, yoga class, relaxation class
Thursday - running, stretching, lifting
Friday - piyo class, tai chi class, pilates class
Saturday - yoga at home
Sunday - running, stretching, lifting

I've also found some time at the end of each day where I'm alone in the office.  I've since turned this into Doc's Super Fun Time Office Body-Weight/Yoga/Foam Roll Workout.  Really helps with the sorness.

I had a good week last week including running a 10k Turkey Chase in 46:02, although I learned taking a class called Killer X training the night before is not the best prep :)

Monday: Rest day

Tuesday: Swim

Wednesday: Body Shred class, Track workout

Thursday: Swim

Friday: TRX, run

Saturday: Long run (hopefully 14miles)
