6 month check up

well went for my 6 month check up today. My vitamins are all good, fasting blood sugar is 3.5, blood platelets are a bit low (whatever that means) Cholesterol is great lost tons of inches (i didn't keep track) and now I have low blood pressure LOL go from high bp to low go figure. So I have to be very careful changing positions quickly and need to stay hydrated and snack when needed. Otherwise I will end up flat out on my ass. I was honest about messing up on my vitamins and told them I have been back on track. So all is well

Way to go Robin. I remember something about platelets, but if they didn't put you on anything, I wouldn't worry about it. I know the BP thing, gotta watch out myself.
