Hi,
  I'm 38 yrs old, 5'6" and 304 lbs so i'm mobidely obese.  I'm the mother of 5 kids ages 7 to 19 yrs old.  Have been overweight for about 10-12 yrs.  Have co-morbids: diabetic, high bp, high cholesterol, hypo-thyrodism, arthritis. 
I have been approved for VSG in December 2008 with Dr. Atlas in Montreal, Quebec and waiting for surgery date so have been waiting for 25 months now.  Surgery is covered by Quebec Medicare.  Hoping to have date soon.
