I really feel like crap today. I overdid yesterday and am bracing for the next 6 month (6 month surgiversary in 2 weeks) So here is my commitment.

B: Kashi Go Lean Crisp, 1% Milk, coffee

L: Chicken Salad, prunes

S: Dannon Light

I am getting a lot of motivation and accountability from this series of posts so I will start off today because i NEED IT.

 

B: Kashi Go Lean Crisp 1% milk, coffee, creamer

L: Seafood salad,  baby carrots

D; 4oz meatloaf

I guess I'll start off:

b: steel cut oats, pb2, coffee

L: chicken salad (3pz) baby carrots, 3 triscuits

D: Meatloaf, spinach

S: Don't know, Yogurt or Edemame or Hummus chips.
