6 months out - 6 months out and at edge of normal BMI.....at last

Any one tried to add fat to their high protein die - I was reading on another forum about people adding fat to their diet to brake a stall. Just wondering? I stalled at 3 weeks and at 7 weeks. Not sure what to do.
