It's been a very long time. Should have listened to the advice given my the old-timers on here. I've regained about 40 pounds of what I had originally lost. I let the emotional eating get in the way of making sound food decision
Document EVERYTHING that I either eat or drink in a Food and Mood journal. Review my journal weekly. Weigh myself no more than once a week. Post to the Lightweights Support board to keep me accountable.
