Backsliding

i had to unfill my lapband to 4.8ccs a few weeks ago--vomiting too much. After dropping another five pounds or so, I put it right back on, so I'm around where i was when last I visited the doctor. Ick.I know there's a problem. It's called eating too much and not exercising enough. But gosh, where's that silver bullet when you need it?
I had best get some more restriction, before I gain more weight. Problem is, I'm really enjoying the lack of restriction--this feels more "right" than when the band is tighter. On the other hand, I don't seem to fill up. But frankly, I didn't when the band was tighter, either. I'd either have three bites and feel like throwing up-- or I'd eat incredibly slowly and in tiny bites and never fill up (as with liquids, for example). I guess the trick with the band tighter is to chew enough, and eat slowly enough, not to choke, but not to eat in such tiny, well-chewed bits that they go down like liquid.
Easier said than done.
I need a fill.
