Questioning my decision...

So, I'm really a wishy washy person.  I want nothing more than to feel comfortable in my own skin, but I'm getting nervous.  I know I want to do this, but I'm still questioning a lot of things in the back of my head.  I'm going next Saturday for my first dietician appt.  I'm curious how that is going to turn out.  Hummmm...I need to stop thinking so much.
