Nutrition Niblets-Buy That Broccoli!

Broccoli is a great source of protein and is chock full of nutrients and fiber.  As a matter of fact, broccoli contains almost every vitamin that your body needs:  vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and folate.  Broccoli also is full of many minerals: calcium, iron potassium, magnesium and more. What are some of your favorite ways to incorporate broccoli in to your diet?  Broccoli casserole anyone?
