I am using pain killers at night too. It makes getting into bed bearable. It must be 100's of times harder with children. Mine are grown and are not underfoot. How many children do you have? Today was my first walk alone. I was a bit lightheaded and weak. Today was a very good day.

I am so forunate. My liquid diet was only 2 days but I had to use that awful magnesium citrate. I spent two months on a very low fat diet to shrink my liver, I also went straight to soft diet after coming home. Today I had Progresso Soup and 3/4 pice of whole grain toast with a small amount of cheddar cheese. My digestive system has been terrific. I wonder why different docs have different diets.

Thank you for addressing wls and if it is going to work for us. I am thinking the same thing. I know it is too early to think this way as we have just began out journey but still the thought creeps in.

I feel hungry between meals and most of the time, I loose interest after a few bites. Darn Head Hunger! Like you Diana, I can eat 2 oz, have normal swallows of drink (mostly because I forget to sip) and not have any consequences with Pouchie! I'm not sure if that is a good thing or a really bad one. I will have to find out!

Thanks for all your comments....I'm getting so sick of soup and yogurt...I was wondering what would be on the list of soft foods to start eating so thanks..for the refried beans do you have to puree them or eat as?What about cheese at this point?By the way I 19 days outate eggs again today and seem to be doing okay with them...I just needed a lil variety of foods cuz I'm starting to get depressed...19 days out.
