Check out About Time - I love the cinn swirl.  I also use the chocolate to make my mocha for the start of my day.  You can order free samples from their website.

Topic: RE: DUMPING...
I know exactly what you are talking about. I have been on the floor in the bathroom praying for mercy. Dumping is the worst sick feeling I have ever had. Once I dumped and kept bringing up foam.

My pouch is very picky and sensitive. Shakes are the way I get most of my protein in.  I had 1/2 of a boca burger today and I had one of what I call a naked nap. When I dump or get the stuck feeling I get very flushed and hot. I go to bed and before you know it Ihave taken all my clothes off. I absolutely can not stand any clothes with waist bands when I am sick . Even the slightest pressure sucks.

I am the same way with sugar. It takes forever to shop. If a food has almost no sugar it is loaded in fat and if a food is low in fat then it is loaded with sugar. If something has too much sugar I have instant diarrhea for hours.

Today is not a good pouch day. I can't seem to not be sick more than 4 days a week.

That sounds horrible!!!! I'm glad your are feeling better. I haven't had any episodes of dumping other than once I did eat something that I didn't expect to have alot of sugar in it and it had ALOT after I looked up the nutrition info online after I ingested it I got really sleepy and nauseated that was about it (but I was sleepy anyways from being at a water park all day so hard telling) Had nothing stuck and actually I need to be careful because I can swollow too much food at once without any reprocussions and drink huge drinks at times (although I try not to I find myself doing it from time to time)

I bought the walmart body fortess chocolate. I mix in a sprinkle of sf pudding and it makes it taste really good.

I haven't found one yet either; however, I am buying Syntax Nectar Kiwi Stawberry today and will let you know how it is!  I don't like anything chocolate or vanilla right now so I'm going for the juice like ones.

You should look at Super Supplements.  They have a great policy that if you don't like it after you take it home and try it YOU CAN RETURN IT!!!

Same thing at Costco!  If you open and don't like you can RETURN IT!

Love me some good return policies!

Thanks for the update on how you are! Hang in there. By next year this will all be a distant memory. I have had itching on my upper arms but nothing very major. As I lose weight, my incision scars feel like they "pull" a little. I guess that is because as my belly deflates the scars do pull and feel different.
Keep up the good work!

Topic: Just an update!
Sorry I haven't been around. My mom and niece moved in to help me out this summer.

I am only getting my belly butt!on incision packed once a day. I can't wait for it to heal. I feel like telling them no more, just let it close already but they are worried about infection again. I so want to get in the pool!

I'm still having a hard time eating meat. I can eat barely the size of a chicken nugget. I am having my two shakes a day and my soup with unflavored unjury so I'm making my 100mg of protein a day. I won't get the okay to eat salads until I hit my six month mark which is a bummer.

But all in all I'm doing good. I do isometric exercises daily, some walking because I'm on my 4th week of vertigo, and my stationary bike.

We haven't had too much sun but when we do, I have forgotten to put sunscreen on my scars. My surgeon said to do that to lessen scarring. The damage can happen even through clothing. Has anyone else had major itching, especially where it looks like your losing weight?

Hope everyone is doing great!

I really like the banana flavored from Isopure. I have yet to find a chocolate flavor powder that I enjoy. I use Unjury's unflavored and chicken soup also.

I would try getting some sample packets. You can react different to the sugars they use in them. The Isopure keeps me from having to take miralax...
