Hi Cara! I would have answered sooner but have been in crash city at home with my computer. Don't kick yourself [easy to say - I do it all the time]. When I need to start over, I go back to cream of wheat for 24 hours and then start all over again. It sounds like you are doing all the right things at this point. You go girl - you will get where you need to go with perseverance, and I have faith in you because you really want to do it.

Thank you for posting that. I have been approved for an abdominoplasty and was curious as well. omg omg I can/t stop thinking about it. I am gonna have a nicer belly than when I was 25!

Congratulations on your Re Birthday and your tummy tuck etc. you look great as does everyone who had the surgery a year ago. I am so greatful to have been able to change my life and feel better. Here's wishing everyone continued success and a very Happy Holiday!

I feel the same way! 1 year has gone by & so much has changed, for the better.
I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair & a breast lift with augmentation on the 15th of November, in Costa Rica.
I'm so happy with how things are looking right now, still a lot of swelling, but wow! no more kangaroo pouch!
Before wieght loss surgery I was a 16/18, now I am a size 4! I don't know if that will change with the swelling or not, but I am happy to be where I am now!
Great job on your success in the past year!

I had a tummy tuck on November 15th & was back at work on the 29th. I probably could have come back a little sooner, but the Thanksgiving holiday was in there.
Now I'm just waiting for all the swelling to finally go away...it takes awhile!

I had a mini tuck and was back to work on light duty after 10 days. Compared to WLS, it was a cake walk.
