Topic: RE: 1 year labs
haven't gotten my 1 year labs back yet, but you've done great. Congrats
Can you tell me what your daily food intake is like now ( a typical day) I've only lost about 1/2 my weight and I've been stuck since about June or July. I've tried uping protein, watching carbs, lowering protein, more water, exercise etc etc etc. Dr says I can still loose but considers me a success says to watch total calories, eat faster, more water. I started at 280 size 28 now 206 size 14/16 goal is 150

I've been peaking at everyones pics, and I must say...YOU LOOK FANTASTIC!

Topic: I was speechless!
I didn't think it could get any better, but I was surprised. I'm two weeks past getting my birthday suit taken in and had my two week check up with my plastic surgeon. WOW! He really did a fantastic job. I had both the tummy tuck and breast lift. He was happy with the results. I'm ecstatic! On the way home I stopped at Wal-Mart to pick up a few supplies and did a little fun shopping too. Before I went in for the tt I was wearing a 14/16 and they were a little loose, but not bad. I grabbed a size 12 pants to try on and THEY WERE TOO BIG! I ended up buying a size 10 pants and a size 4/6 shirt. I just stood in the fitting room staring in the mirror. One year ago I was wearing sizes 26 and 28. As everyone has been saying, "What a difference a year makes!"

Fran,
No, not at all. I was only in about 3 1/2 hours at the most. That also included repairing a hernia and tighteninng the stomach muscles. When I shower in the mornings I stand there looking at myself going...WOW! I don't look half bad...lol. Good luck and keep me posted.

Hi Shelly glad your doing well and all went well.I was wondering how long did your surgey go.I was told to have tt and boob lift it will take 8 hrs. and I'm scared to be under for 8 hrs.I'm waiting for insurance approval on this I hope it goes thru and get this done and have a new body and a healthier life.
