Have any of you had difficulties with the office?

I just found out today that since waiting since May that I was actually approved May 27th.   I had got an email approval on June 3rd that they did not accept because then needed one mailed, turns out my insurance company had contacted them by phone already.

When I tried to schedule surgery they said they would call 5-7 days because they were working on the order of approval.

Not very happy with the office.  Any advice, tips, staff you found to be helpful?

Even more frustrating because I work for St V's and find there customer servive appalling.  There is too much competition in healthcare for them to behave in this manner.

Glad this day is over...and what a day it has been. It all started while getting my daughter ready for ISU and dorm life. Then I had to be at work on campus (ivy Tech) at 4. We were hosting an event where food was involved...I ate NOTHING but my dinner I brought yippeee for me. Anyway, we had kids who walked up here from the apartments in their wet swimsuits no shoes and wanted to walk around the building that way. I chased them off and they went around to the other doors and came back in...finally had to get security here. Next students who were not a part of the function we had for a local business kept trying to steal the food that the business paid for to have for the seminar...got them out of the food and reminded them we have a cafeteria. Decided I needed to use the restroom a few minutes ago and before i could go in a man walked into the women's bathroom and stayed in there...not going to the bathroom. It is almost 10pm and I will be going home soon thank goodness...calgon take me away!

I hope each one of you has had a good day today! May you find many blessings and love tomorrow!

I'll try to be there, since it's been quite awhile since I've been to one. You're looking good.

I am so sorry to hear this.  I will def. be praying for Dillon.   My heart aches for the life lost with his mother.  Jeanna was always a pleasure to "talk" with and I will miss her.

Huge hugz,

The reason I am going to have the revision to RNY done is- I know when my band is removed I will go right back up to where I started.

I haven't lost anything in over a year.  I know I won't be able to do it on my own or I wouldn't have had the band done to start with.

What happened with my band is not real sure.  I haven't had anything in my band for almost 2 years and even then never got more than 2 CC in it.  I have always been real sensitive to fills.  So like I said I have been empty for almost 2 years and now I started having problems with my pouch not wanting to empty.  I have had 2 barium swallows and an upper GI in the last 2 years and nothing is changing except that about 5 months back I started waking up with alot of phlegm and throwing up several times a night.  It's really weird doesn't matter if I eat just before going to bed or if I haven't eaten in 5 or 6 hours ( I have tried both just to see if there was a difference).  It's really strange, I go to bed and I am fine for about an hour then I get sick.  Proping up is worse because then I tend to choke.  So I have figured it out, the best thing to due is put a towel on my pillow lay on my side and if I don't get up in time, I can catch it in the towel.  I know this is gross, but this is what happens.

Thanks for the well wishes.
