Ya'll crack me up!
When you need a smile/laugh it is good to know we have each other to count on that.

Any land marks for us people that don't know Moorhead? I need the KISS map.
Just in case I am in town

There you go, from Travis, straight from the horse's mouth, instead of Steve, the other end.... well you know.

Ok,

Let's do the 22nd at 6:30 PM at the Atomic Coffee in Moorhead.  I can't remember the address, but it is downtown Moorhead close to the river.  (If someone can provide the address that would be great).

For those who have not joined us in that past, this is very informal, just a chance to visit and swap information (Last time it was PB2!).

See you then.

Good to know you are doing good!  THey found the same thing with me with the hernia.  I used to get heartburn pretty constant before the surgery and after they fixed it, I haven't had any since.  Been quite nice actually!

I didn't have the buyers remorse either...I figured it was too late now to change things, just going to have to deal with it.  So far so good.

Good luck and welcome home!

Glad to hear you are doing well!  Take it easy and do NOT push yourself too hard.  I went back to work a little too early, but I feel great now!

Let us know if you need anything.  The people here are great!!

Thank you all for your prayers!  I'm doing much better than I expected.  My surgery was on Tuesday, they also discovered and fixed a hiatal hernia.  I listened to all the advise here and got walking.  After my leek test, I started sipping. So far I've been able to get in all my water.
I can not recommend Park Rapids enough.  Every nurse that I had was exceptional.  Hospital stays are never pleasant, but this one sure came close.

I came home today at 9, have went out for a few short walks, sipping, sipping, sipping and following my diet plan.  I'm hoping things continue to go smoothly and I can skip the buyer remorse stage!

Thank you again for your thoughts and prayers.
