I am so very sorry this is happening to you...I am totally at a loss for words..I too have been afraid of the Tribunal and of loosing my home.  knowing how your feeling brings back very scary memories. 

Please Please take care of you, and to hell with every thing else.  You don't deserve this, your much better than this.   I have two words I use when I can't handle another thing..f..it

Heather, to hell with the men, the apartment or house and the bills that can't get paid.  You need to take care of yourself first, otherwise you aren't doing anyone any favours.

If you can go stay with friends or parents, do so.  Get back on YOUR feet before you embark on anything new or serious.  IMO, you need to clear your head space and find out what you want before you start making decisions you might regret later.

go file bankruptcy....your credit is pretty much screwed anyway, you can get a secured credit card to rebuild credit.  leave your husband, because i agree, once you step outside of your marriage, it's over...but im not going to get into my opinion on cheating and i dont know your situation... but financially...a bankruptcy would give you a clean start, and you can even file bankruptcy on your utilities and rent...

just something to think about...or a proposal...bankruptcy rates rose 45% over last year...it's nothing to be ashamed of, the economy ha**** people hard.

You know...some couples agree to not be monogomous and it can really work for them.  If your hubby is ok with it, it could be an option...
