Progress feels so slow, but if I keep up this pace I'll hit goal in the fall.  Have to stop being so impatient.

May 26th, 2010 - Appointment with nurse and SW
June 1st, 2010 - Appointment with NUT and doctor
August 31st, 2010 - Follow up with SW, NUT and doctor
October 7th, 2010 - Surgical Education Class
November 2nd, 2010 - Consultation with Dr. Jules Foute Nelong
December 21st, 2010 - SURGERY DAY!

My stall finally broke - I've been fluctuating between 274 and 273 for the last 3 - 4 weeks

I think it's time to join this thread.  As I get closer to goal, the weight loss is slowing down, and I find myself occasionally allowing myself "just one" cookie, or a small Easter chocolate, or whatever, and it sure isn't helping to keep those numbers dropping.  So accountability and writing it weekly might just help...here we go.

I fluctuate all the time, and then lose in chunks at a time for some reason, so the one pound either way doesn't bother me, but still...down is ALWAYS better!

 I'm so glad my stall broke.....I didn't post last week as there were no changes.

LW - 191.6
TW - 187.0

Total Loss - 4.6 lbs

Lots of work this time....it's getting more difficult to lose weight now.....but well worth it.
