I bring my lunch to work each day. A Bento Box divides into tiny separate containers everything you want to bring i.e. cheeses, meats, veggies, dip, nuts, pickles, etc. so that they don't touch each other. It's perfect for a WLS patient, because all of the containers are small. :)

I bought mine at a health food store. I was surprised to find it there but I snapped it up.

You might try calling some health food stores in your area. It might result in some instant gratification if you don't have to endure shipping times from the States. :-)
