What exercise are you doing today??
Yesterday I went swimming- I was so incredibly nervous going to the y- I have not swam laps in 23 years- I swam for half an hour and did 20 laps- slow and steady
Today- week 2 day 1 of couch to 5k on the treadmill
Getting there, one day at a time ;0)

I went to the gym this morning and did the following:
Treadmill (warm-up) 5 minutes
Weight circuit-30 minutes
Rowing machine-5 minutes
Elliptical-5 minutes
Stretches-10 minutes
Just getting in to a good routine at the gym now and very excited about that ![]()
I plan on trying a C25K sometime in the near future!

8 wks post op - back in the pool, 45 min Aquafit

Referred September 2012, HHRH Orientation December 2012, Meet with surgeon January 2013, Meet with and testing with Dr Glazer May 2013, PATTS July 4, 2013 - 325lbs, Surgery HRRH August 1st, 2013 - 299lbs, second surgery late August 2nd to drain fluid, Discharged August 5th - 294lbs, reached 1/2 way to goal at 16 wks, MOM of three kids, married for 13 years :)
