What exercise are you doing today??

spent the whole day yesterday on a habitat build...i have muscle hurting that i did not know i had..

need to get a run in though..so here hoping for a run later this afternoon after work.....

Sounds exciting to do a build- wtg!

Yesterday I went swimming- I was so incredibly nervous going to the y- I have not swam laps in 23 years- I swam for half an hour and did 20 laps- slow and steady

Today- week 2 day 1 of couch to 5k on the treadmill

Getting there, one day at a time ;0)

Good morning everyone. I am going to start walking to work as much as possible now until the snow comes starting tomorrow.. I am hoping to get my tread mill in Oct..so i have that through the winter months...I need to up my activity...kissKrista..

I went to the gym this morning and did the following:

Treadmill (warm-up) 5 minutes

Weight circuit-30 minutes

Rowing machine-5 minutes

Elliptical-5 minutes

Stretches-10 minutes

Just getting in to a good routine at the gym now and very excited about that kiss

I plan on trying a C25K sometime in the near future!

8 wks post op - back in the pool, 45 min Aquafit

    Referred September 2012, HHRH Orientation December 2012, Meet with surgeon January 2013, Meet with and testing with Dr Glazer May 2013, PATTS July 4, 2013 - 325lbs, Surgery HRRH August 1st, 2013 - 299lbs, second surgery late August 2nd to drain fluid, Discharged August 5th - 294lbs, reached 1/2 way to goal at 16 wks, MOM of three kids, married for 13 years :)

9 km bike ride home. I need to get back in the pool but the thought of even cool water makes me cold!

Walked to and from work. 20 minutes. Not really far but every little bit helps.

Then Zumba/in the circuit @ Curves. The Instructor is great and really high energy. Just love her.
