Topic: RE: Did you call the clinic for appointments?

I was at Humber and I called, called, called. No shame. Don't care bout judgment. It's my life and my body and I did what I had to. Between orientation and surgery was less than a year. Keep calling. Some people are nicer than others.

It is not a question that they don't make money on it. Actually only get about $450.00 for doing it. It is the results as well. Panni only deals with the loose skin below belly button. Most of us have damage to the muscles underlying or have extra skin above belly button. Seen some picture of pure panni that did not have great results. The wait list for just panni can be up to 2 years.

I would see a couple of different surgeons to see what they recommend. There are different types of tummy tucks as well as 360 body lift or BELT that address many issues. I use Dr. Nandagopal at UScuplt for all my procedures.

You are NOT old.

Today is up in the air. I have a meeting this morning which is why I am at work, then I am taking a half day vacation simply because I don't want to sit here doing nothing.

I made these tasty lil treats for the break room yesterday.

The base is oreo golden thins and then cheese cake and then the jelly bellies or eggies. Licorice handles.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning lovely menu peeps. Welcome to your almost long weekend.

Yesterday after long discussions with my cat, it was decided that paperwork was going to go on the backburner and that my efforts would be better spent working out in the yard in the sunshine. At least that's how I interpreted all that squawking by his food dish. My cat speak is a little rusty. You know what they say, "You use it or lose it" Clearly I've lost it, lol.

Today I have to get done all of the things I was supposed to do yesterday and more.

QOTD: What is your strategy for getting through this holiday weekend unscathed? I will be bringing SF treats to my inlaws (namely SF Lemon cake) and the rest of the weekend I will stick to protein and veg and of course coffee by the bucket full.

The eats today at 4 years 9 months are:

B. Coffee

L. Scrambled eggs with peppers

D. Broccoli and beef brisket

S. Hot cocoa because I'm old.

Maybe an iced protein coffee during the day.

See you on Tuesday folks, have a good one.

Topic: Pannictomy

I am looking for a surgeon who will do a Pannictomy, which would be covered by OHIP

I did see a surgeon who submitted the request to OHIP and was approved for medical reasons. However he wound not do it unless I did other things also. He said most surgeons don't because they don't make any money from it.

Happy Wednesday. This is another quick check-in but it looks like all of us are in some sort of a slump. My scale headed in the right direction for a few pounds then back the other way so i feel stuck. I have a full month til my 6 month check in and want to drop at least 10 lbs over that 30 days.

B - greek yogurt

S - egg bite

L - 2 chicken skewers

S - 1/2 protein shake

D - roast chicken(no skin), salad

s - turkey pepperette

Good afternoon :)

I sat down at like 9am to post and then forgot and then we went to swimming and got lunch. It was so nice out that I also decided to clean up the dog poop. I always try to put chores like that in perspective -- for example, I could have paid someone $35 to do it (spring clean-up, yuck!!) but I did it myself, so I should get to spend that $35 on something for me... Right? ;)

Ginnny, I would like to try either a sign night or a planting night -- a place near me is doing succulent planters. My friend and I have signed up for our third painting night and we are waiting for a paint your pets night which I'm hoping will be in June :)

Post-op four years and one month.

Breakfast - nut bar

Snack - protein bar

Lunch - turkey sandwich

Snack - yogurt and banana

Dinner - DH says leftover ribs

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.
