Topic: RE: Optifast Question

I understand your point of view. Also, this is a short term situation. Go for the higher price and I am sure after surgery when you are on your journey 5 or 10 can be burned off walking from room to room. You will have more wiggle room later and your doctor can approve or disapprove a change.

Just my point of view.

Heya ladies. The sun is out ;) Working away on a mountain of paperwork but needed to get my menu posted.

QOTD: No I have never been to any high school reunions and am not even sure they have had any for my graduating year. I'd be more interested in having a reunion of my grade school graduating class since we were basically all together for our first 9 years of school.. I always wonder what happened to those friends/classmates.

Morning CC, sorry I've been MIA. Diet fatigue, exercise fatigue, you name it I'm living it. Why does it have to be so hard to stay healthy? Well that's enough whining, who said I could have a pity party!!!

Hit the gym this morning and did my weight routine - against by better judgement (or wantings maybe - judgement was likely sound).

B - deli turkey rolls, cheese stick

S - nothing yet, but have skyr with raspberries if I get to it

L - romaine, with tomatos/cukes creamy greek feta dressing, 3.5 oz bbq chicken

S - hmmmmm meat stick maybe more cheese

D - bbq steak and not sure what if any side

Hope nobody is getting blown away out there super windy in my 'hood.

Take care.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Marshalls, Winners, sometimes Bed Bath and Beyond sell Jordon's Skinny Syrups in different flavours. Where are you going to buy the Optifast?

Awwww I hope you both feel better soon! I remember those days when the crying didn't stop and there was nothing that seemed to help... exhausting for both of you.

Hang in there, big hugs.

Today has been a bit of a disaster. The little nugget and I are both sick and have been up since 2am. The poor thing has been crying and crying. She never cries like that.

QOTD: I like to garden. Haven't done much lately. We have a raised box with raspberries and strawberries that come back each year and usually my parents give me a tomato plant to add to the box. I grow basil inside but it's not doing well this year. I might try starting a second batch in May.
