I've had times where I am fine with something and then could have the same thing another day and dump. Its weird.
I've had no problem with bananas though and eat them often.
I think that yogurt may be the culprit though, I have to spend a good amount of time in the yogurt aisle checking all the labels. SO many of them have WAY too much sugar.

Good morning everyone. Well I did make it the row/ab class night. It's basically about a half of hour of interval rowing followed by 15 - 20 minutes of abs and stretch. It was good, because I wouldn't normally use the rower and I know it's working different muscle groups a little harder. I will do it again on Wednesday. There's loud tunes and quite a few people so it makes it a little more tolerable I think.
A little achey this morning but its a good ache and I went to the gym and did my full body weight routine this morning. I have an offsite meeting this morning and then a brief training session this afternoon so hopefully the day goes by quick.

Good morning all on this COLD morning. Just working today, then will be cycling tonight indoors to get some exercise and generate body heat.
COUNTRY all the way for me (you probably knew that by having partridge on my menu last week). I too was raised in the country and am from a line of farmers so I like the wide open space. I did live in a city when I went to college and it was "ok" for that period of my life but moved back out into the country as soon as I could. I was just saying this weekend, how much fun my brother and I had in a huge ditch out front of our house as kids... we used crazy carpets to slide down the bank, skated and played hockey when the ice was smooth enough, and built snow forts under the bridge like our private clubhouse. In the summer we would catch pike or hide from our parents to avoid Sat morning cleaning :)
B - greek yogurt
S - turkey pepperette
L - 2 chicken skewers
S - 1/2 protein shake

S - 1/2 protein shake

:( Scale isn't moving so I'm not sure what the issue is..... going back to some soups in hopes that does the trick.

I started my liquid diet in Jan 10 (have to do 3 weeks of it). I'm half way there today. It's been challenging but it does go by pretty fast. Focus on one day at a time.
Ahh hahaha you're welcome ;) I expect a detailed review!!
I'll let you know tomorrow how it was!! See now I'm committed....I have to go!!
That actually sounds like a fun class!! I actually enjoyed doing a spinning class one time but it was far from my house and I got in free because my aunt was teaching it. Right now I don't have the time or energy but I'm hoping to get back to the gym eventually :)
It can be covered by OHIP if you qualify. Your family doctor needs to refer you to the Ontario Bariatric Network. It can be difficult to find a new family doctor but if you want to change you just need to find one that is accepting new patients.
