Opps I forgot the rest of the QOTD!

I'd open an animal sanctuary. That's my dream. Buy a piece of land and run a non profit sanctuary where people could volunteer and that sort of thing.

I dont play the lottery so it is not something likely to happen. If by some weird chance I bought a ticket and won, I would set up a foundation to help young people who are struggling with education. i also would donate generously to animal shelters. There is a man in my town who set up a large shelter and rescues and finds homes for stray animals. I do donate but would love to be able to give more.

I can see where someone with your knowledge and experience would enjoy living off the grid. I have lived beyond most material wants, but money always comes in handy.

Good mornin y'all.

Not a lot happening today. I'm hoping it stays that way. I need a chill out kind of day. Yesterday I ended up getting roped into helping trim a tree in the backyard. I over did it but **** needs to get done. Esp before possible surgery. I had a bad night due to it. I'm in a foul mood still. I did find over the weekend a bunch of lume deodorant on clearance so that's awesome in this heat.

I may do some clothes washing today. My mom is going to work on the fence line getting some weeds out of it. I just have to sit it out today.

QOTD: we've gotten some in the past but don't play all that much. Maybe 1-3 times a year if that.

B: eggs, sausage, cheese and coffee

L: what's left of the sesame chicken or a burrito.

D: chicken stuffed with broccoli and cheese and some separate broccoli.

Good Morning Crew. Today is already off to an interesting start. We have an employee who went out on FMLA in March due to a personal medical issue and now he is trying to claim it as a workers comp. Our legal department is now involved and is starting an investigation. Honestly he should have never made it past 90days as he called out 15 times during his first three months of employment. He spent the Summer having fun with his girlfriend and their baby. Now his FMLA and short term disability are up so he is trying to get more time off by any means.

QOTD: For those of you who play the lottery like Powerball or Mega millions if you won what would you do with the money? Since Powerball is over 500million I will buy a few extra tickets just incase. I would purchase a plantation in the South not overly far from the ocean, enclose it with Jurassic Park fencing and live away from everyone. I have enough knowledge of things that I wouldn't really need to venture out into the world for much. I would love to live 100% off grid.

B: RYZE coffee and 1/2 cup cottage cheese with blueberries

L: garden salad

D: chicken salad stuffed hot peppers

Irvin tweaked something yesterday while working on one of the trucks and then when we went to Y it was bothering him more so we are going to take a few days off from exercising.

Have a great day everyone!!!

Good morning, everybody!

The tooth is finally out. The Oral Surgeon said I have cat teeth with long roots that are hard to pull but good for implants because they fill a lot of space. I was pretty uncomfortable on Thursday afternoon, but feeling a lot better now.

Our fishing trip was fun but the water was a bit too warm for much trout activity. Basically the same lesson that we should have learned in Oregon last summer. But a great weekend overall.

Today is my last swim class, although I think that I just heard thunder, so we will see if it happens.

Breakfast: Bagel

Lunch: Catered

Dinner: Steak

Have a great day, all!

Good mornin y'all

I'm in a bad mood. I'm also depressed over my health stuff. Trying to shake it. It's hard. It'll be what it'll be...I know that but it's still hard to have all this on my plate. My PCP decreased my insulin way too much and my numbers have shown it. He wants my A1c around 6.5. It's went up to 6.2 already. I just wish they'd listen to me. I feel alone and just scared.

Today I have a phone appointment with my bariatric doctor. Any time during business hours LOL

B: egg, chicken sausage, cheese and coffee

L: sesame chicken

D: chimichanga

pics of opal and one of Mona. Also a piece of rock I found at the thrift store.
