Hi RNY'ers! Checking in on my phone quick, babysitting the grands and forgot my charger.

B-my usual protein shake (the or nurse ok'd the collagen)

L: green beans, blueberries, nf cottage cheese, 1 scoop pea protein. Smells yuck but good #s

D: 2 cps watermelon and cottage cheese.

Tomorrow starts the white diet ick. All the fiber today.

Whirlwind of calls, turns out my BP is dangerously low and Dr wished I'd called an ambulance. She adjusted meds, will be fine soon. Got the funeral flowers ordered. On to the rest of the day. Toodles!

I had Uterine fibroids that would cause me to have very heavy menstrual cycles and I would only get maybe two weeks of no bleeding before it would start up again. It was a vicious cycle that went on for a good 6 years and in that time I had to have 3 iron infusions because my ferritin was as low a 4. A few years ago I had a hysterectomy and it changed everything. My ferritin has not once gone below 70 and depending on what supplement I take has been over 100. Might be something to look into.

I tried to search the site but that feature is still offline.

Mine is 10. I know I don't have a GI bleed as I had a colonoscopy and EGD in April. I know it's low but is it way to low? I have an appointment on the phone on the 18th and wondering if there is anything I should ask about.

my brain has the dumb so I will need to write it down.

You would not be stepping on my toes and honestly it shouldn't matter who starts the daily thread. I think we should all make this a team effort to keep it going. If you get up and it's not started please feel free to start it and if I get on and see that it's not started, I'll jump in and do it. I personally believe it helps all of us stay on the right path.

It gets harder the further out from surgery and we all need support in one way or another.

Good Morning, it's Friday-Eve for sure. I am heading out early today to help Emily pick her cat up from dental surgery (her baby is about 8-9 and needs to have at least 4 teeth pulled, a deep cleaning so I am going for emotional and a little financial help). I had been fighting off a cold of some sort the last few days and I am hoping I have made the turn since I feel more energized today.

QOTD: Tennis, and same only mini golf for me.

Menu- Same daily menu and then dinner is TBD based on what time we get home. I took a rest day but vits and water on track.

I hope everyone has a great day.

QOTD- Golf, not that I play. I went with a friend to Palm Springs and she let me hit some balls on the course, I had a good time. My ex-husband took golf too seriously and if he didn't do well he would throw his club, and that is really bad. It's just a game. I don't do tennis as in High School we were forced to play doubles and my partner hit me in the face with her racquet. I swear my nose was broken.

I'll remember the tip on the Rustoleum.

It only rained enough to barely get the ground wet, today it's supposed to rain again, maybe more?

My Mom had a scammer call her yesterday and the guy was mad that she wouldn't go get her Medicare card. My Mom just told him no she was not going to get her card and he was shocked... Scammers beware you pissed off my Mom, and don't call before 7AM, I told her to just turn off the ringer, she has voicemail and caller ID and doesn't need to answer. But she comes from a different generation.

I need to get to work.

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning, everybody!

Last night I woke up with a sharp pain about an hour after I fell asleep. I think I was grinding my broken tooth, and even with the guard on, it really hurt. I've made it twelve days and only have five more until I get it removed. I'm really hoping that the broken part stays in until the whole thing is pulled.

Today, I'm in the office. It feels like a Friday, but I have to work tomorrow, so I'm just dreaming. We are going to see Rod Stewart tomorrow night and then Saturday is our dinner party. It should be a fun weekend.

QOTD: As I have posted, Marilyn loves tennis, but I don't play, so I have to say golf. I've kind of fallen in and out of love with golf over my life. Right now, I'm out and enjoy more active sports.

Breakfast: Bagel

Lunch: catered

Dinner: pasta

Have a great day, all!

Good morning all and Happy Friday Junior,

It's looking like it's going be a full, productive, exhausting complete day by the time I get to take a breath at 7:00 p.m. I'm having a new assistant start today and I'm hopeful that they're going to be able to help greatly. I'm way behind the eight ball with new host stuff and unpacking. However, there is really no rush since it's on my own timeline.

Thanks for understanding Lady Godiva about starting the daily post. You do a great job and think you for carrying the torch. I know it's not easy and it's also time consuming. Starting a daily thread isn't's going to happen often but it will help me with my accountability. I really, really appreciate you taking the reigns and steering this ship. Please let me know if I am stepping on your toes at all or if anyone objects.

QOTD- Golf. I'm horrible but would like to play again, after my shoulder surgery.

B: Coffee. Breakfast was cut short by a friend in immediate need.

L: PP shake.

D: A bite out - maybe something greasy.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 208 lbs 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

"I wonder if pizza thinks about me, too."
