Good morning, everybody!

These last 24 hours have been a whirlwind. Two hours of traffic to the airport, a flight, a client call, an hour home from the airport and another two hours of traffic into the office today. I actually have an onsite client meeting this afternoon. Those have become rare.

I have to be in the office these three days, and I will pick up Marilyn at the airport on Thursday night. Saturday morning I have a 10-K. But after that, I'll be back on a normal schedule.

My son knew that I would be home late, so he made me a burger. I had half last night and maybe will have the rest tonight. I think we have some Tater Tots in the fridge.

QOTD: cottage cheese is one.

Breakfast: bagel

Lunch: stuffed shells

Dinner: hamburger

Have a great day, all!

Good mornin y'all.

Big appointment today with the GI doctor. I'm really nervous. It'll be what it'll be. Swing some chickens for me! Apart from all that my stomach has been a mess. My mom thinks I have something like celiac's disease. I know I carry some markers for it but who knows.

my niece Rachel turns 14 today and I don't know where the time has gone. I love her a lot(all of them too). I just think she kicks ass. I'm also very proud of her!

I am wondering about cheesecake. I need a good New York cheesecake recipe. I found one online that has good reviews but I'm wary of it calling for milk thickened with flour. Seems off to me! If y'all have a favorite let me know!

QOTD: eggs.

B: special k protein cereal with almond milk

L: undecided

D: I'm thinking something like eggs with a couple slices of bacon

This is a digital art piece I had someone do for us. I love it! It was a good price and to help out a fellow artist!

Ahh halfway through another week all. Still so far so good with the second outage. My hot cherry pepper seeds have finally started to sprout. Those suckers always take forever unlike the other peppers. I also have some tomato seeds that have sprouted and the wisteria are almost 4 inches tall with two sets of leaves. I will be planting some squash and cucumber seeds tonight and weather permitting potentially planting some kale and Swiss chard seeds outside. Those are some plants that do best in cooler temperatures.

QOTD: What was a simple food didn't make you sick after having WLS and you still eat today? Either deli ham or deli turkey sliced thin wrapped around a slice of cheese or cheese stick. A couple of months after surgery when I was pretty much cleared for more solid foods I had tried some thin sliced deli ham wrapped around a slice of Swiss cheese. I felt like I was eating the best thing in the world and even today I still eat the ham and cheese quite a bit.

B: coffee and breakfast burrito

L: salad with leftover chicken loaf

D: baked cod with garlic, shallots baby clams

30 minutes on the treadmill

Have a great day everyone!!!

Topic: RE: What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,

I already have had four meetings and one telehealth this morning. The rest of the day is looking chaotic. It's a good thing I'm an agent of chaos...

Where the fools at?

QOTD- I would love to be my dog, Mishegas. He gets spoiled rotten, gets to sleep all day, and so much more.

Accountability- 1 1/2 pieces of lous deep dish.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, a few blueberries, Bagel chip with chive cream cheese, tomato, and lox.

L: ??? Medical treatment this afternoon prevents me from eating from noon - 3pm. I'm not in much of a mood to eat afterwards, though.

D: Leftover pizza. I'm thinking of turning it into an omelet.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 208 lbs 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
