I also encourage you to get back to your bariatric clinic. Start walking, get blood work done. and get back on a vitamin routine if you stopped those.

QOTD- I wouldn't want to survive, life would not be worth it.

I only succeeded in taking one cat to the vet. Romeo wasn't very happy, but the little girl Vee was having none of it. I couldn't catch her and when I did it wasn't pretty. I have a plan for next time.

We didn't get the severe lightning storm and or tornado that was predicted for Wednesday night but today it is really windy and not very warm. We almost thought it was spring with the 77 degree temps. The daffodils are blooming an one of the tulips.

I need to find someone to take the moss off my roof. It's not going to be me as it is a really steep roof and I don't have a ladder. My last house the roof was relatively flat and not very tall so it wasn't a problem. I was on that roof quite a few times with no issues, but I don't want to try this one.

I'm debating restarting my Regal Unlimited movies, there are a couple right now that I would like to see. I just need to actually use it if I do.

I got my smoked salmon so that is pretty much what I've been eating. I ordered 5lbs from Barnacle Bills in Lincoln City. They have the best smoked salmon. Last time I tried vacuum sealing it and freezing it and it was still good. 5lbs is a lot of smoked salmon.

Have a great day everyone!

I would not last long because too old and weak to fight and I would not believe that it was real. So would probably be their first victim. But barring those types of events, I have a good chance to live a long life. Many in my family have reached late 90's and some lived into their 100's.

I have one aunt and one uncle still living. They are both healthy and sharp as a tack, but both have problems with their legs and are in wheelchairs. They are both widowed and have always been close. Now they live in the same Jewish longterm care center in New Jersey. Aunt Nora turned 92 this week. Uncle Mike is 96.

Good morning, everybody!

Woo Hoo is right! So happy it's Friday. I stayed up too late watching March Madness and missed swimming this morning. I've only had 2 voluntary absences since I started going in October, but I needed the sleep this morning. Good game, though.

Today, I'm in the office, CrossFit this evening and more March Madness. We leave for Florida on Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon is the walkthrough, we are going to dinner with the realtor on Sunday evening and we are closing on Monday morning.

I will bring my fishing rod on the trip and need to run a few miles when I'm down there. Marilyn said that her parents are excited to see us, so we will spend some time with them as well.

March 31 is the midpoint of our fiscal year, so I will officially be 18 months from retirement as of Monday. But it's certainly possible that a year's earlier date will be offered in the next couple of months. I guess we'll see.

QOTD: With a decent fitness level, but no supplies, I would be somewhere in the middle. Unless I could join some sort of paramilitary zombie fighting organization.

Breakfast: bagel

Lunch: steak

Dinner: tacos

Have a great day, and a great weekend, everyone!

Good Morning Gang. It's Friday woo hoo. I got the last three roosters sold last night now to clean out the box trailer and get it ready to move the goats into for the Spring/Summer. We go early tomorrow morning to get a couple of outside rabbit cages and weather permitting I might try and get some more outside stuff done.

There was a very bad accident a few miles down the road from my house yesterday morning that took the power out until 6pm last night. I had seen it on WINY Radio's FB while at work and at first I thought it was Irvin's truck as it looked almost identical to it and I couldn't get a hold of him. But he finally called me and was just outside doing stuff with the bobcat. He never heard the fire trucks or anything. The driver of the truck had to be Life Starred to Umass in Worcester. By the looks of it they never even hit the brakes to slow down.

QOTD: How long do you think you would survive during a zombie apocalypse? Me a long time. I have a full laid out plan incase there is ever some apocalyptic event be it zombies, aliens, or just the world going to ****

B: coffee and bacon, egg, cheese wrap

L: grilled shrimp over salad

D: baked haddock and potatoes

30 minutes on the treadmill

Have a great day everyone!!!

I had Gastric Bypass surgery on April 21, 2021. My beginning weight was 276 lbs. My lowest weight was 176 lbs. I never got any smaller. My goal weight was 150. I never made it to that. In April 2022, I lost my job and got very depressed. I have now gained weight. My current weight is 205 lbs and I want to lose at least 25 lbs so bad. But I dont know how to get the scales to move. HELP!! Do you all have any advice?? TY

My cats always hide when they see the carrier. I have been on the phone with the vet's office while crawling under the bed to try to catch the cat and get it in the carrier. Good luck with your trip today.
