Hospital Update..

thanks for the prayers & good wishes everyone.

my surgeon is on vacation this week. lucky me. so his partner & bariatric team has been working with me.

im at the hospital i had the surgery. im in the icu step down unit right now . they admitted me frm the ER in the wee hours of this morning.

im soOo dehyrated. i didn't realize how much. they said i was so far behind it was no way i could catch up on my liquids on my own.

here's the kicker.. they are watching my enzyne levels bcz it looks as tho my pancreas is inflamed aka pancretitis. they haven't officially made the diagnosis yet. hoping this is NOT the case.

they have yet to give me something for reflux. its the one thing im having the hardest time dealing with. oucccch

i did a ct scan, idk what the results were frm that yet. also did a G.I. test.. my sleeve is still in good shape. no leak or narrowing. Thank God.

i can't eat or drin****il probably 2mrw & even tho im on this iv im still feeling thirsty =/

I ended up in the ER for a bit b/c of dehydration, it really sucks!

Hopefully, your recovery will be smooth from here on out, and everything goes well.

 Oh well, it is good to at least rule out your stomach.  

I hope they figure it out soon!

Glad they are able to hydrate you.  It will make a huge difference.  They will be able to give you all you need there - your PPI in an I.V. etc.
