Aug 27 Exercise Report - What did you do today?
So far, nothing, but I will go to the Y tonight and hit the treadmill and about an hour of weights.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

Today is massage day! YAY! This means I didn't have as much time to do my yoga as I would have liked, but I still got a good 60 minutes in. I did a balance class that kicked my butt. I love it. I believe I have a yoga "problem."

Did 42 min on the bike, 17 min on the treadmill, 15 min working with weights. Yaaa me!
No one surgery is better than the other, what works for one may not work for another. T-Rebel
I did 7 minutes on the elliptical and it seemed a harder 7 minutes than yesterday. I think that is because 1) I had a late night last night. 2) TV was boring so I thought about every stride rather than get distracted. Heart rate was up to 144 from 136 but I' not too concerned about that.
I need to DVR some stuff to look at while on the elliptical. Watching the time go by is not a good strategy and local news doesn't always cut it.
