I plan on a 5K walk tonight.

Surgery Date 04-22-14 HW 2011 388(lost 60lbs on WW, regained 40) Surgery Consult Weight 1/10/14 - 367 SW 357 - CW 9/15 210.

5K - 1st 59:00(9/14) PR 33:45(9/15)

10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16

Today is my voice lesson day, so I only do yoga in order to survive the lesson. Anything else leaves me too fatigued to sing properly. 

100 minutes yoga - 60 min beginner combination, 40 minutes various back pain stuff.

I just ran 3 miles in 24 mins & 3 seconds--- holy canoli!  A year ago 2 miles in this time would have been cause for celebration :) I also did 10 minutes on the stair climber -- I was shooting for 20, but the run wore me out. 

Depending on how I feel I may do yoga or a lifting class tonight.

Wow, that's amazing!  I'm hopeful I'll be able to finish my upcoming 5k within the hour limit :P

I took two days off but I was back on the elliptical for 8 minutes this morning. Go me. The train service to work was suspended due to a person getting  hit by a train. The upshot for me is less walking in general because I had to turn around and work from home today.

I walked 3.2 miles in 53 minutes.  I did the 5K portion in 51 minutes even.   That is pretty quick for me.  If I can go under 52 minutes on Saturday, I will be pretty happy.
