Congrats on taking the first and second steps in the right direction. First admitting you've got an issue. Second being getting back to support.

You do know what to do. Get back to basics. Back to weighing your food. Back to measuring everything. Protein first. YOu can do this!

Welcome back!!!!

Have you checked out the "Back on Track Together" group?  They have helped lots of folks:

http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/backontracktogether/

Glad you're here - it's awesome when folks who are farther out come on and take the time to share their experiences.

I will now check that out, I didnt know about this group. I have been doing so well but the farther you are the harder it gets. I just need my foundation back and once again make my changes, get a plan, and get back on track. Thank you!

Other ideas:  drink plenty of fluids, journal your food, and exercises.  You can do it. We're glad you're back.

Hi Ella,

On June 22, 2011 I am 9 years out and I have gained back about 35 lbs from my lowest weight.  I am also very unhappy.  I have every intention of getting at least 25 of it back off, but I continually make excuses and that is not helping.

However, on a positive note, I am still down 120 lbs from where I was.  No one can take that away and looking at the big picture, 25-35 is nothing compared to 155!

Good luck to you!
